I’m starting marching band this year. I like to have a monster every morning (it helps get me going, if i don’t have one I’m sluggish all day). This is my first year in marching band, and we have 10- 13 hour days practicing. We will spend 4-6 hours outside in the Texas summer heat (it will get about 110?) on a black top. I need to know if having a monster is going to make me puke or get me sick while marching. If so what is a different source of caffeine I can use. I don’t like coffee or tea. I love my caffeine though.
It was 80 degrees here in NC and someone drank a monster abd puked during band camp. If you absolutely have to have one pair it with a LOT of water or substitute it for a gatorade. monster =bad lol
