Has anyone besides marching bands performed in more than one Super Bowl halftime show? BQ inside?

I know Grambling State, Southern University and other marching bands have done it several times, but what about singers and bands?
BQ: Do you agree Michael Jackson redefined the concept of Half Time show? Before him in 1993 I don’t remember it being such a huge deal.
