What’s that one music video with the guy walking through a town rappin’ and a marching band follows him?

It starts out with the skinny black guy walking down some train tracks and pretty soon a marching band starts following him with the girls in the leotards doing tricks with those sticks and then stuff catches on fire and explodes and he’s still walkin down the street rappin and the marching band is still following him. Can I make University of Hawaii Manoa?

I am currently a Junior going to school in southern California.
I have a 3.2 average GPA so far
my SAT score is 1650, 500 reading, 630 math, 510 writing.
i have taken SAT2 for Math 2 (600) and Japanese (770).
I am most likely going to be Drum Major for Marching Band next year.
And i still plan on making my SAT score’s higher.
Can i make University of Hawaii Manoa?

Im looking for a college/university around in the southern region where Mississippi, alabama, georgia, tennessee ect is, that offer great marching band programs.
The pride of the southland band at university of Tennessee is very good.
I could just be partial cause I’m a huge UT fan, and I plan on going there haha
