I’m starting high school next year, and going to be in the marching band. I have a black belt, but I can’t do push ups, sit ups, or run for any period of time. I truthfully am scared about marching band now. what can i do to help me not be so scared? I’m thinking about riding my bike more, and working until I can do sit ups and push ups. I’m truthfully worried. Am i blowing the whole thing out of proportion?
