Where can I find a coat from Urban behavior that was on their racks last year?

A friend of mine bought the coat last year from Urban Behavior. It's black and the same material as a pea coat. It has a zipper and a high collar. It's a men's coat. It has little flaps with buttons on the shoulders, (I think they're called epaulets, they're the same things they have on marching band uniforms.) Help, I really want this coat.

Winners might have it, but it'll be tricky to find unless you have a tag out of one of them to know exactly what it's called.
UB sold off all their coats spring of last year (in canada anyways) for $5 each, so i doubt many of them are still around. I got like 6 heavy winter coats and they were flying off the shelves.
