Oh yes, it is possible for you to still get into a decent college. Colleges look a lot at improvement and it seems here that you've improved quite a bit. I'm sure you'll do fine. You still have the rest of your junior year to bring up your grades and prepare for colleges. Make sure to not catch senioritis, however, as it can totally kill you!

i think you have a pretty good shot at all of these schools. keep your grades up, keep volunteering and be sure to do well on the SAT/ACT. taking a few classes at a community college would be a great way to get some cheap credits but be sure they will transfer to the universities you plan on applying to. keep up and good work and good luck!
