If you are manufacturing and distributing copies of a song which you did not write, and you have not already reached an agreement with the song’s publisher, you need to obtain a mechanical license. This is required under U.S. Copyright Law, regardless of whether or not you are selling the copies that you made.

Mechanical licenses are available via, for example, the Harry Fox Agency linked below.

Wall St cannot get any taxpayer $ unless DC gives it to them….besides TARP has been paid back with interest.

Hmmm… if you want to stick with a space theme, you could all be different planets. I can’t really think of anything else though. My school’s band does something similar, and there’s been lots of different costumes. Each section dresses as something different. One section dressed up as M&M’s. The trombones dressed up as characters from Winnie the Pooh. 2 years ago, the drum line dressed up as Hooter’s girls. Everyone thought their it was hilarious, but they kind of got in trouble for that…

1. Your weighted GPA is unimportant.
2. You list no test scores
3. The UC system calculates your GPA based on your last 2 years.
4. You list no class rank

You really don’t list anything of subsistence that would actually help with answering your question. My only shot is that a weighted GPA of 3.5 means you UW GPA is probably lower so UCLA will be a long shot.
